Our fitness retreats are not the average weekend escapes. They each have their entirely different focus from full frontal fitness to de-stressing and exploring our amazing countryside and all with an intimate feel due to the limited numbers on each weekend. The fantastic location and camping pods you stay in top off a brilliant weekend in a completely different environment away from the pressures of life. Our weekends consist of 3 different options but all include:
- 2 nights accommodation (with an optional 3rd night if you want to stay and relax!) in one of our fantastic pods, see the Fursdon Farm website for more information on the units
- 4 group led fitness sessions
- Continental breakfast on both mornings
- Evening meal on the first night
- Use of the on-sight pool (exclusive to fitness weekend guests)

The RunSmart Experience for the running enthusiast
- Welcome interval circuit with a run focus
- Saturday morning run focused strength and conditioning circuit
- Saturday afternoon run seminar working on good running dynamics
- 30 min Individual gait analysis session
- Nutrition seminar
- Sunday morning mobility session and group up pre leaving
- Option to stay on for sports massages on the Sunday and an extra nights stay

The Fitness Allrounder for the fun loving fitness enthusiast that doesn’t take it all too seriously!
- Welcome icebreaker HIIT session outside your pod
- Saturday morning “the ultimate circuit” to really challenge your all round fitness
- Saturday afternoon adventure up onto the surrounding moors for hiking, exploring, coffee drinking, cake eating and trip to the pub!
- Sunday Shakeout session, combining movement, mobility and core strength
- Option to stay on for sports massages on the Sunday and an extra nights stay

The Intrepid Wonderer for the nature loving explorer
- Welcome icebreaker HIIT session outside your pod
- Saturday adventure up onto the surrounding moors for an eye-opening look into the ecology and wildlife on the moor, as well as the amazing history in this world heritage site. Expect hiking, exploring, coffee drinking, cake eating, a trip to the pub as well as leaving with a greater knowledge of our stunning countryside.
- Sunday morning recovery walk up to the local farm shop for more Coffee and beautiful food and local produce
- Option to stay on an extra night’s stay
